- HB 3089 - Establishes the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes grant program, which helps homeowners by providing grants to improve residential properties. The program offers funds on a first-come, first-served basis and requires homeowners to use certified contractors.

Strengthen Oklahoma Homes
SOH provides grants to Oklahoma residents for residential wind and hail mitigation on new and existing, owner-occupied, primary residence single-family homes. Funding for this program comes from the insurance industry in Oklahoma and is not funded from the state’s general budget.
